Thought Equity Motion expands through global partnerships

Thought Equity Motion (TEM), a leading provider of RM and RF footage, has launched a global partnership program giving the company direct access to markets throughout Europe and South America. The company has signed TIPS Images & Film in Italy; Central Order in Germany, Austria and Switzerland; and Latin Stock in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico, to its Premier Partner Program. The move completes TEM’s expansion into all major markets having acquired in August Film World, an Australian company with a sales network throughout the Asia Pacific region.
The global network extends the Denver company’s reach beyond its own branch offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Tokyo. “TIPS and Central Order are two of the most important content firms in Europe and Latin Stock holds an equally prominent position in the Spanish speaking Americas,” said Kevin Schaff, Thought Equity’s CEO. “We are very happy to have them as our first Premier Partners. In the future, other firms will join this very powerful collaboration. Advertising, entertainment and documentary filmmakers worldwide will have access to a greatly expanded universe of moving images.”
TEM’s Premier partners will not only have marketing rights for the company’s varied collections of footage archives which include HBO, Sony Pictures, NBC News Archives, National Geographic, NCAA, FilmWorld, March of Time among others, but will also serve as representatives of TEM’s rights and clearances services.
