Paul Brown is a stock photography industry professional with nearly three decades of industry experience at Rex Features a UK based independent photographic press agency and picture library. In November 2006 Paul Brown was appointed Managing Director of Mary Evans Picture Library a noteworthy source of historical imagery also based in the UK. Paul has been a member of the BAPLA executive board for the last 22 years, and the UK representative on the CEPIC board since its inception. During that time, he served a term as CEPIC President. He received the BAPLA award for outstanding service to the industry in 2001.
