Derick Rhodes
Derick Rhodes is the founding Project Manager for the Berlin-based fStop Royalty-Free library (www.fstopimages.com), which launched in the Spring of 2001. Having earned both his B.A. (University of Virginia) and Masters (University of South Carolina) in English Literature in the mid-90s, Derick quickly realized that a career in stock photography would be more lucrative than the trivial pursuit of knowledge. These days, you're most likely to spot Mr. Rhodes either chatting away with a distributor in the back corner of a Brooklyn cafe, or talking over the next shot with an fStop photographer somewhere on location (ideally somewhere tropical).
