The depth of Camera Press’s royal portraits collection is on show in a new book published by Thames & Hudson featuring portraits of Queen Elizabeth II from the first official portrait of the baby Princess Elizabeth in 1926 to the exclusive portrait of Her Majesty taken by Lord Snowdon, at Buckingham Palace this year.

Titled Queen Elizabeth A Photographic Portrait, this glossy tome is filled with portraits from iconic photographers such as Cecil Beaton, Baron, Yousuf Karsh and Dorothy Wilding.
A selection of portraits from the book, including the new Snowdon portrait,
will be on show at The Strand Gallery, 32 John Adam Street, London WC2
from September 29th to October 9th.
