Diomedia teams up with Indigo Images to launch Diomedia Polska
Diomedia, a stock photography reseller based in London, has announced that it has partnered with Indigo Images from Poland to launch Diomedia Polska. This new joint venture is operating from the former Indigo Images office in Warsaw, servicing Polish clients effective Dec 1st 2009. The company has translated the entire Diomedia website into Polish including content from over 170 collections from leading brands.
In a recent press release the company touted that “A combination of advanced Diomedia technology platform and Indigo’s young energetic sales team is now a major force in the Polish market.”
Prior to launching this new venture Indigo Images sp. z o.o. has been present in the Polish market as a producer and distributor since 2004 and brings with it a well established base of over 5,000 commercial & editorial customers. Over the years, the company has developed an innovative sales & marketing approach and became a well known to Polish art buyers. However, they have been struggling with the technology platform and content updates, which was the key reason for starting the relationship with Diomedia.
