SCALA now representing content from The National Gallery, London

Christ and the Virgin, Massys, Quentin (c. 1466-1530) - National Gallery, LondonScala Archives, a fine art stock image archive from Firenze, has announced that it has signed a deal to represent content from The National Gallery of London. Founded in 1824, The National Gallery houses one of the most prestigious painting collections in the world including over 2,300 paintings dating from the mid-13th century to 1900.

As part of the deal, Scala now represents over 2,300 high-quality digital images of all The National Gallery works, including recently acquired, cleaned and restored paintings to be licensed to users in the European Union countries, Switzerland and Russia.
