Masterfile veterans launch 2 Girls Productions
Leisa Mercer and Vicki Schelstraete, former Art Directors from Masterfile, have taken the entrepreneurial plunge launching a stock photography production company based on Toronto called 2 Girls Productions Inc. Prior to launching the business, the two founders worked under Masterfile’s Creative Director Tim Lund, where they contributed to in-house productions under the Masterfile RM and Radius RF brands.
“After being in the stock industry for numerous years, we know stock client’s expectations. Over the years we’ve built professional working relationships with top stylists, modeling agencies, post production artists, and photographers. 2 Girls Productions Inc. is unique in offering the client a full service production. We assemble highly experienced and professional teams to meet the needs and requirements of any personalized production, on time and on budget,” explains Vicki Schelstraete.
2 Girls Productions Inc. was founded in February 2008 as a full service, still photography Production Company offering production, art direction, casting, location scouting, styling and more to the stock photography industry. Los Angeles-based photographer Tony Garcia adds “[Leisa and Vicki’s] knowledge, expertise and professionalism is second to none. I have great respect for their talents and abilities.”
