Have been using Kim keywording to help us speed up our keywording for a few weeks now and we all love it. We have a specialist library, http://www.splashdowndirect.com so we had to help build the database with suitable hierachy but very simple software to use with a good wizard. We also use it to inject metadata into pictures from excel spreadsheet. Go for it - the price is low for what it does.
