PA Photos launches Print Store featuring historical UK Photography
PA Photos, the photo agency of the UK’s national news agency PA Group, has announced that it has launched a new Print Store for individuals looking to obtain prints covering more than 100 years of news and documentary photography in the UK. The store located at prints.paphotos.com and supported by Media Storehouse Ltd., allows customers to search through the PA Photos archive and order prints and photo-products with iconic editorial imagery that PA Group is known for.
Marketing Manager, Jenny Teasdale described the collection: “Just a quick browse of the galleries highlights some incredible pictures that are part of the UK’s cultural history – VE Day in 1945, the Queen’s coronation in 1953, the 1966 World Cup. There are also the more unusual pictures – a couple enjoying the bathing huts at a British seaside resort in 1910, the hustle and bustle of Billingsgate fish market in 1969, and the World beard and moustache championships from last year! And of course, if you’re after a picture of your favourite sports or showbiz personality, we’ve got that too, as well as beautiful landscape and animal images.”
