Alaska Stock wins design awards for “North of Normal” campaign
Alaska Stock Images, the Anchorage-based specialty agency for all things Alaskan, and its design firm, Mad Dog Graphx, also of Anchorage, have won two prestigious design awards from Creativity Annual Awards. The stock agency's "North of Normal" campaign, which features a series of self-promotional direct mailers won the two awards in the Best Campaign Series and the Best Single Promo categories. The North of Normal mini-catalogues showed seasonal images of Alaskan wildlife, landscapes and the Alaskan lifestyle by over twenty of the agency's photographers.
Harper Collins, the publisher of Creativity Magazine will include the winning designs in its Creativity Annual 36, a 400-page full color hardcover book which it will distribute in the summer of 2007.
