Adobe releases beta version of Lightroom
Adobe Labs has just released a beta version of Lightroom a new digital workflow solution that competes directly with Apple’s Aperture program. Lightroom is a workflow and editing application that lets you view, zoom in, and compare photographs quickly and easily. Precise, photography-specific adjustments allow you to fine tune your images while maintaining the highest level of image quality from capture through output. Adobe Lightroom is currently available for free as a beta for Macintosh, Lightroom will later support both the Windows and Macintosh platforms. Click here for more information.
A preview of Lightroom was posted by Michael Reichmann at The Luminous Landscape.
