When stock photos attack
Recently a reader sent me a link pointing out one of the major perils associated with stock photo licensing. The photo you license today could also be used by Vagisil or anybody else who wants to license the image. This is a classic problem because the images licensed are not unique and can be used by any other company. With a Royalty Free (RF) image it is simply impossible to protect this from happening. With a Rights-Managed (RM) image the customer is also subject to the same possibility unless they negotiate an exclusive license with an additional fee.
